Forms attachments, can't build condition correctly!

Hi all,

I've been attempting to fix this issue now for ages, and can't for the life of me figure it out.

Basically, I've created some MS Forms for my company and want the answers to be emailed to the respective parties. I have done this, and it works really well. However, the issue lies with any attachments of photos when completing the said form. The issue lies here, I have a flow, it gets the answers and it emails said answers. If any attachments are included, they are attached to the email. All good, works great.

However, the issue lies when they DON'T attach anything to the email, well then the flow fails and the email isn't pushed out! I know it has something to do with conditions etc, but I can't figure out what needs to be done for this to work.

I've attached screenshots of my flow, any assistance would be great!

To check if there is attachment with the form response, please configure the condition as below:

length(body('Get_response_details')?['rfd1b4aaa0a4f441da35ecb4dca0bdf7d'])
