Create a Microsoft team mesage from a Microsoft todo when task  is triggered completed using Power Automate.
 
Why there is no option for the completed task trigger?

    Have you tried using the When a to-do in a specific folder is updated (V2) trigger followed by a condition.  The condition checks to see if a completed date exists and if that date is today?
