Trigger Power bi dataset after ETL jobs completed

I Have scheduled a dashboard in power bi service. the refresh have to start once ETL refresh completed. sometimes the ETL dataflow refresh are getting delayed. the issue in service dashboard refresh started before ETL refresh completed. Is there is any way to Start Power BI refresh after informatica jobs completed using Power Automate

    Have the Informatica process send an email or post a file to a sharepoint once the ETL is complete. Then in Power Automate you can react to these triggers "When an email is received" or "when a file is created".
