Hello, one of my machines have PAD 2.27, my other machines have 2.26 and they can't update to 2.27. Anybody having some info about this?

Updates are released in a staggered manner.
I am currently on 2.26 and it says you are on the latest version.
Need to wait till it shows up saying there is an update or will have to get a direct 2.27 installer...or you can try the one on the official download link of MSFT page.
But there are no release notes for 2.27?
Yes, they are yet to be released/announced.
Generally higher versions are first released if you are a part of the Windows Insider Preview Build Program.
