Hi all,

I've created a flow that is based on the approval process. All works great. But I'm just wondering, is there a way to get it to show who approved it in the list? It only seems to show it in the coding of the flow itself. Strange to me that an approval list would update the status to approve or reject but not show who actually made that decision.

Hello,

You can achieve this by adding an action to store the response and outcome into a list. Like SharePoint.

Hello,

Thanks for the reply. The details are coming from a list already. Once a new record is created it triggers the approval flow. I've tried to use the update item action, but for some reason it's not working. I've a screenshot of the flow I have, I've tried adding it into the last section where I have add action circled. But either I did it wrong or it's in the wrong spot because it doesn't associate the approval action to the same item. I've tried making it the first action and the last action in Condition 2, each time if I look at the flow details the ID is a different number.
