SQL Server is not saving in PVA

Hi, I'm calling an action in PVA and creating a flow with powerautomate.

inside the powerautomate tool I'm using the SQL (Get Row), but when I try to save the PVA, it do not save.

    Can you provide more details on the steps you are taking? Is it the Power Automate flow that is not saving or is it the PVA topic that is not saving or the reference to the Power Automate flow that is being lost?

    Are you getting any warning or error messages?
