Hi,

I'm trying to use kaizala flow connector to repost the survey answer in the same group when a person responds to a survey. Haven been successfully in using the Kaizala triggers and actions even for simple things like replying back to the same group when a message is recieved from a group member in Kaizala.

Even when a member has posted a message, the flow did not run.

Possible to provide some insights on this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you want to post the survey answers to the same group when a person responses to a survey?

Have you created the connection to Kaizala properly?

Before starting the flow, have you created a Survey correctly?

I have created a simple flow with the trigger When someone responds to a survey, then Send text message to a group, which is working fine.

Please take another try with it.

Hi!

Thanks. I managed to repost the survey answers as announcement so that group members can interact using the like and comment functions.

Is there a way i can collate the likes and comment details for each "announcment"?
