Converting file error message - Error from Office Service

Hi, I have created a flow for multiple users to:

- Fill out a word doc (using builtin template)

- Form is saved

- Form is sent to approver who approves in teams approvals

- The word doc is then converted to a pdf (using the onedrive option), then saved in teams.

When I test the flow myself as the creator and owner, it works fine. BUT when I ask another user to complete the template, the approvers approves....it gets stuck at the conversion flow

I'm new to creating flows, so I just need to understand what this message means?

Is it because I am the creator of the flow?? - Should I insert "get profile" or something so it uses their onedrive to convert?

Hi @k_aitchop

How is the flow triggered? Check that the file is created in the same folder and is valid.
Try also adding a delay between the "create file" and "convert file" actions and test it again.

I faced the same problem and tried to add Delay (1 minutes), but still not work....
Any solution?

Hello,

Did You manage to fix this issue? I am facing the same from last week.. still not sure what is a reason. There was never problem with this action before..
