I am trying to create a connection to SFTP site, which I am able to connect using WinSCP and Putty using the same key file. When I try to create the connection in Flow though, I get the following error:
The user does not have sufficient permissions to perform the operation. clientRequestId: e071c4c3-194c-4ce9-ba86-5f034a387cdd
I am pretty sure that I have all the access configured correctly as I am able to get the files downloaded from the SFTP site. Also I can use only SFTP and not FTP as it is mentioned as one of the suggestions in other thread. Searched and didn't find any one having the same problem with solution.
@hemantkg were you able to find a solution to your problem? I am trying to connect to AWS sftp server with a .ppk as well and am not able to move forward.
Having no success still.
By the way I am trying to connect sftp server on AWS, if it helps identifying the issue.
Thanks for the response. Appreciate it.
I did check with the administrators and they confirmed that the account I am using has full access. I have also checked the access using WinSCP, I am able to browse, copy/delete the files.
Only when trying to create the connection in Flow, I get this error. I am able to also connect using SSIS - SFTP (3rd party) Connectors.
Thanks

Hi @hemantkg,
From the error message, it seems that your account doesn’t have sufficient permission to perform the action.
Could you please confirm with your administrator about the account information, and try again with the connection?
If you are still getting this issue, please feel free reply.
Best regards,
Alice
