Hi,
Do I need any Office365 unattended license (currently I have E5 license) to run excel by PAD in unattended mode?

No licensing will be needed for Excel, only required for PAD.

You still need active Excel installation on the machine.
So you do not need extra license as long as you machine has aExcel isntalled and activated for a unattended user.
