Hi,
Today we have issues with 2 bots that we recently started using, with the demo bot we receive the below error:
Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: IntegratedAuthenticationNotSupportedInChannel. Conversation ID: B0FvbHoTMGV13d1ybGkZXi-eu. Time (UTC): 8/31/2023 6:23:38 AM.Could you please advise on a possible solution?Also our main bot that was published in our Sharepoint and it was working till 2 days ago, now it gives an error: "Sorry you don't have access to talk to the bot."Could you please advise?

Can you try to toggle on/off authentication? To try without authentication. Similar to this screen in Teams PVA.
Thank you for your reply, actually this is not a similar issue but we've found what caused this error.
We had published the bots on our Sharepoint and we kept experimenting with authentication and automatic email catching from the user. ( in order to achieve that we changed the Authentication method in the Security settings ).
Someone published this development bot to the testing and that was the reason for the error. Once we changed again the authentication method, the bots started working again.
