hi all,

what is the best practice to change the field, created by to others account? i've building the flow but whenever the flow trigerred its always showing my account as capture below red arrow. so we have make another generic account as a repository for all flow and form in organization. the account is ready so now how to transfer my flow to that new account, so i expect it will show that generic account in approval "created by" for my flow. - should we use export zip? please advise.

also, how do i transfer my form to that new service account and not to groups? is that possible?

    Hi @yustinus79,

The created by is the Flow owner, cause the Flow is yours, so every time the Approval created by will show your Email address.

Export the Flow as a zip is correct, you could let each organization has their own Flow, let another user import the zip file into their Flows, then the Approval created by will shows Email address of the users.

If there is an MS Form in the Flow, I think transfer service account is impossible, you could ask another user to follow your Form to create a new one.
