Outlook.com Calendar to Google Calendar - Existing Events?

Hi guys, I've just gotten the Outlook.com calendar to Google calendar flow working (more or less). Is it possible to create a one-time-use flow that will copy my existing appointments to my Google calendar as well?

    Hi @giapet,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?

Further, do you want to copy all existng appointments of your Outlook.com calendar to Google Calendar?

If you want to copy all existing appointments of your Outlook.com calendar to Google Calendar, I have made a test to copy all existing appointments in current date to my Google calendar, please take a try with the following workaround:

    • Add a proper trigger, here I use Flow Trigger button.
    • Add a "Get events (V1)" aciton of Outlook.com connector, specify Calendar id.
    • Add a "Filter array" action, From set to value dynamic content of "Get events (V1)" aciton, click "Edit in advanced mode", type the following formula:
    • @equals(formatDateTime(item()?['DateTimeCreated'], 'MM/dd/yyyy'), utcNow('MM/dd/yyyy'))
Add a "Apply to each", input parameter set to output of "Filter array" action. Within "Apply to each" action, add a "Create an event" action. Start time field set to Start time dynamic content of "Filter array" action, End time field set to End time dynamic content of "Filter array" action, Title field set to Subject dynamic content of "Filter array" action.

The flow works successfully as below:32.JPG

    Best regards,

    Kris

    Hi @giapet,

Thanks for posting to the Flow Forum!

Have you had a chance to apply @v-xida-msft's recommendations to adapt your Flow?

If yes and you found that solution to be satisfactory, please go ahead and mark @v-xida-msft's response as the "Accepted Solution". 🙂

    Happy Flowing,

    All, I'm stuck as well..

I'm new to flow.. I have set up via the template for my outlook calendar to flow to my google calendar. Flow was successful for all new events but all my existing events havent synced over.. Any advice here? Sorry if its a dumb question. I have been searching everywhere....

    Thanks,

I didn't succeed with the example here, so I went for the low-tech solution.  I changed my calendar view to List, sorted by Date, and assigned all future meetings to a new category (Google Calendar).  Then I just had to wait a few minutes for the updated events to sync.  After I removed the category.
