Import Quotations with Flow or Logic Apps is not working

Dear Community, by importing data to the CDM Entity "Quotation" by using Flow or Logic Apps, I receive the following error message:

{ "status": 400, "message": "Write failed for table row of type 'RTSQuotation'. Infolog: Warning: Field 'Account(Account)' must be filled in.; Warning: validateWrite failed on data source 'RTSQuotationTable (RTSQuotationTable)'.", "source": "rts-connector.powerapps.com" }

I have mapped all the mandatory fields and the fields but always receive this error message.

Whats is causing this issue?

Thx,

Georg

    Hi Georg,

    Have your made sure that the Mapping Status is Match with a green check mark?

    Also, about using flow to import data, how to set up the import depends on if a template already exists for the object that you want to import. If a template exists, you can set it up to copy data from one system to another. For more information, see Create a flow that uses the Microsoft Common Data Service. However, if no such template exists, you'll need to create a flow that can use the database.

    Regards,

    Mona

    Re: Import Quotations with Flow or Logic Apps is not working

    Hi Mona,

    I'm using the standard connectors for D365 for Operations > Entity Quotations, standard connector for Common Data Service > Entity Quotation, standard connector for D365 sales > Entity Quote.

    I have mapped the fields needed to synchronize the data between D365 for Operations and Common Data model and receive the issue as mentioned > the mapping seems to be fine and the Flow kicks off and runs but returns with error

    Regards,

    Georg
