We are getting the above error when trying to resubmit flows in our GCC tenant.
And the setting is set to "False"

Anybody else having this issue in the GCC space?
Cheers,

    • Please check you have sufficient permissions to resubmit flows in the GCC tenant. check if you are the owner or co-               owner of the flow and have the permissions to re-submit.
    • Try to create a new flow with the same trigger and settings in the GCC tenant and test resubmission. This can help identify if the         issue is flow-specific.

Found this helpful article which explains it. https://never-stop-learning.de/enable-re-submit-power-automate-flow/ Kinda wish Microsoft has a UI method of re-enabling this but whatever.

We're having the same problem. I verified it was set to false in powershell yesterday, and it is still not working. The setting is not listed in the power platform UI tenant settings. It appears they set this to default disable, even for active flows, and then overlooked GCC to implement the ability to change the setting.
