Hi Everyone

I have built the APP in my dev environment and then used PowerApps to publish as a managed Service to my production environment.

Dataverse tables in my DataSource, I exported the app and DataSource using solution.

I have shared the APP to users, but they just see "Getting data"

Could anyone please help me to figure out what should be the right access should be given to users from the following table?

    Hi @Danny_Dicaprio
Do the users have a security role that give them access to all the tables that are used in the App?

If they have, you can check their role and see if they have Read rights to the "Canvas App"  and "Canvas App Extended Metadata".

    Maybe that could help

@Danny_Dicaprio - if you only want your users to be able to access the Canvas App, your users do not need the Environment Maker role.

You need to create a custom security role. Best practice is to copy an existing default role. Most often this is the Basic User role, but you can also copy the App Opener role. This role provides the minimum privileges required to undertake common tasks in your App:

Next, you will need to customise the security role to suit your needs. For example you will need to configure this security role to grant permission to read, edit, create and/or delete items in the tables being used by your Canvas App.
