Using Power Automate Free version for internal

Hi Community,

We have been using Power Automate which was quite successful in sending email alert on satisfying certain conditions

The connector/actions we are using are mainly Google sheet and Gmail which are standard or free.

The license that we have can be seen below

I suppose this is coming free along with Microsoft 365 F3.

My questions are

1. Am I correct when I say that both Gmail and Google sheet are standard connectors/actions

2. Will it be good to use Power Automate (version above) for handling our production level data which resides in an excel sheet?

I hope it is safe and secure/not contradicting with any compliance issue

Regards,

Riti

    @riti17

    Gmail and Google sheets are standard connectors

    Power Automate can definitely be used to deal with production data

    Compliance and security will depend on your implementation

    Yes, Power Automate is free unless you are using premium connectors, which is not the case here

    Except that Power automate FREE will NOT let you connect to Anything anymore - not Outlook or Excel or Sharepoint etc.  Been like this for 2 weeks now!
