Web Scrapping of responses from copilot of multiple pormpt

Hello Everyone,

 

We have a list of prompts in excel. We want to search every prompt in copilot and extract the response in excel. is it possible with power automate

    You can do that…but rather than web scrapping it would be good if you can use api…that way retreiving of data is easier and reliable..

     

    with chat interface ui might not be viable solution..but we can still dot ht but not an ideal way

    If you're referring to Power Automate as the cloud version, then you have access to all the pre-built actions available in Power Automate Cloud. You can simply use the 'Excel - List rows' action, and consume AI Hub or Dataverse actions to interface with Azure OpenAI. It will then respond in JSON format via an API call, which you can read and save in Excel as needed.

     

    If you're attempting to achieve this with Power Automate Desktop, you can also create a 'Chat with GPT' action, similar to what we do in the cloud, and save the response back into your Excel file according to your use case.
