I can create a flow to make an action after detect new files or modified files (only content) but not when the file is only renamed. Any solution?

I have made a test on my side, when I rename a file in the OneDrive for Business folder, the flow with trigger "when a file is modified" of OneDrive for Business connector would be triggered.
I'm afraid that thare is no any way to achieve your needs to trigger a flow when file is modified (only content) but not when the file is only renamed in microsoft flow currently.
