Error message whan i add step with ServiceNow action

Hello,

I would like to retrieve information from a SharePoint site and, using that information, open a change ticket in the ServiceNow ticketing tool (I do have a premium license). I can connect to ServiceNow, but when I specify that I want to create a change ticket,

I receive the error message shown in the screenshot.

Do you know where the issue might be coming from and how I can resolve it?
