Form Text Field for Email, used as User ID for Flow

We are trying to automate a form so that:
- When the user puts in the email. The flow would take that email address from the form, and used that to trigger the email flow using PowerAutomate.

Responder's ID is only for the person whom puts in the form. We need the email to trigger to whomever the user enters in the email text field.
Would this be possible connecting Microsoft Forms and PowerAutomate.

Yes, its very easy if the email is entered as a response to one of the questions.

Use When a Form is submitted trigger

Get response details using the ResponseID from the trigger

Use the answer to the question returned by #2 to address the email

Thanks for your response.
But I dont think RespondID would work. Sorry if I phrased it wrong.

Basically if we enter an email like below:
The email we put in the form. If put in a flow (for this field), the flow fails.
If entered manually in PowerAutomate works (We dont want this)

Is there a way to do this?
