Create event on Shared Calendar tests successfully, but doesn't actually create anything

My flow is supposed to create an event on a specific shared calendar. It says it is successful, I get a 201 status code (good). But nothing is actually created on the shared calendar. I've tried testing this flow on another shared calendar, and it shows up on the other calendar. But not on the one I want. I have permissions to add/edit to the shared calendar, and it shows up in my list of available calendars. I've even tried directly inputting the calendar ID. The calendar is set up as a flow Owner. I tried adding it via Outlook connection, but because it's not a licensed account, I wasn't able to do that. By all measures, it should be working but it's not. Not sure where to go from here. Has anyone experienced anything like this and if so, were you able to figure out what was wrong?
