I have a container 1, 2 and a form. I tried to create a new container which is container 2 but what happens it sticks below the container 1. How to make container 1 to be in the bottom of the form? I have tried changing the X and Y nothing happened. Thanks in advance.

I'm assuming in the diagram that the outer red line is also a container that contains the two containers and the form.  If that's the case then you can move Container1 up or down in the stack by accessing the Reorder context menu in the tree view of the controls.

Thanks this is the answer. But I have one question left sir @Pstork1.  But when I put the order to container 2 at the bottom it will not be seen cause there's a container 4 below. Any ways to show the container 2 ?

In addition to Top and Bottom there is also a Move up and move down.  You'll want container 2 above container 4 and below the form.  In terms of visibility I assume you will have to adjust the height and width of the appropriate containers to get them to display the way you want.  Since they stack the X and Y won't do anything, but the height and width of the out container will control what is shown and what is overflow.
