Turn specific worksheets within an Excel file into PDFs using Automate workflow

I have a workflow where I read in an Excel file, read a specific cell, then what I want to do is based on the value of that cell print specific sheets within the Excel file. However, even when I set a different active sheet and then use "Print Document" to print to PDF, it still only prints the first worksheet in the file. I am unsure how to change this.

Thanks,
Brandon C.

    Hi,

I think i got where you have missed, in your flow, before printing document/excel file- you have to save the file so that active sheet remains in the file otherwise that won't be active sheet- it will be other one. You can experiment it as well.

So if you add Save excel action after setting the sheet as active sheet just as like shown below

I think bot print action would be able to print the active sheet.

Also it seems like there is not so much advanced parameters in print action in PAD , as if you see when you manually select the print option in MS Excel- it will be like below

under settings > there are multiple options and it seems like Print active sheet is default selected option. So since this can't be controlled from PAD print document action - so i would suggest some scripting action by which you can be able to make this option is always selected prior to printing the document. It is optional- if you are sure that this is always default sheet in your case- it is fine

    Thanks & Regards,
