extract text with OCR error

I have a scanned pdf i need to extract data from it

it consists of check boxes and data so how can i do it

    The Extract text with OCR action does not work with PDF files. It only works with image files. So, you would first need to convert the PDF to an image.

    However, as mentioned previously, checkboxes are not text. So, even if you have your file converted to an image, Extract text with OCR will not extract checkboxes.
