Hi I have been trying for long to download a file using flow form SharePoint in power apps but seems like I m not able to make it work.

Is there any help if this can be done with the flow and if yes how?

Please see the screenshot of the file I want to download when the flow is triggered.

    Hello Tapesh,

If you are trying to use Power Automate to get a file from SharePoint Online, there are a few ways to do this. You can use the SharePoint Online "get file content" action to get the file content. Depending on where you want it to be sent, will depend on the next actions. You could use the email action to email the file to yourself, you could create a file in OneDrive, etc. It just depends on your end location, but the "get file content action" will be the key because the dynamic content that this action produces is what OneDrive, Outlook, etc. will use to get the data for the file from SharePoint Online.

I would also like to confirm to confirm, are you wanting to get one file or are you wanting the Flow to automatically get all of a particular file in a SharePoint Online Library? Please let me know.

    Regards,

    Jordan
