Renaming all files in a folder with information extracted using a trained AI model

For work we scan all the paperwork into a folder in OneDrive Business, that can be accessed by everyone and used to accurately invoice customers... they're like work-in-progress job cards, but the files have to be named accordingly so that admin staff can find them.
Every job card has an invoice number and the name of the customer in the same place. So I have trained an AI Model to recognise the InvoiceNumber and CustomerName.
Now I would like to use power automate to run automatically when a file is scanned into the folder, have it recognise the invoice number and customer name, then rename that specific file accordingly. Ideally this would work automatically on every file created in that specific folder.

I believe this shouldn't be too difficult to achieve, however, I cannot for the life of me figure it out and I have watched so many tutorials!! Can someone help me out?

Which part exactly as you having a problem with? It would help to understand versus writing it all.

    1. Create an Automated Flow for when a file is created properties only (In SharePoint or OneDrive).
    2. Get the metadata for the file (shouldn't really need this but depends what you want to use)
    3. Use the AI Action based on your modal, to grab those from the file
    4. I know you want to rename it, but chances are it's going to be locked. So, I would suggest doing a copy or a move (which you can do to the same place) with the new name
    5. Delete original OR better... I would move the original to an archive folder in sharepoint/onedrive so you never ever lose them and can have it for reference.

pretty easy steps I dont mean that to be condescending I truly just mean I myself can get wrapped around the axil sometimes and I just need to dumb it down for myself before I go oh ok.

Just start putting the pieces together as the steps above are what you want. And once you have a flow built, feel free to common back.

    Cheers,
