the server did not receive a response from an upstream server

I'm trying to run a flow in my app, and I'm getting an error which states

 

"the server did not receive a response from an upstream server"

 

I'm not sure what's causing it. The same flow is triggered twice elsewhere in the app and works as expected.

    @LukeShive  yes - turned out to be a minor spelling error on the response parameter name
