Hi Experts,

I am creating a desktop flow to open an internal web (based on SSES web report) from a web browser (Ms. Edge) and run the web to create and download a file
I am also creating a scheduled cloud flow to run that desktop flow because we need to run those reports by schedule

the web always ask for credential (username and password) every time we open the link in the web browser.

when i created the desktop flow, it was run successfully, but it got error when i execute the scheduled cloud flow and the error message is said that it was failed when trying to enter the username and password

this is the error message i got :

and this is my dekstop flow to handle the credential :

please advice how to solve this issue since we need this flow to be ready by the end of this month

thank you

Best Regards,
Aryono

    Hi @CU26080641-1

Please run the flow in Attended mode and verify that it works as expected. Sometimes, flows fail when run in Unattended mode, because the environment behaves differently (e.g., user session handling, locked screen, or resolution mismatches)

A common cause is that the webpage backend or UI elements might have changed, making UI automation actions (like populating username/password fields) fail. The fix is to re-train those actions using the recorder, so the flow aligns with the updated page structure.

Once confirmed working in Attended mode, then schedule it as a cloud-triggered flow for Unattended execution.

If possible, add action like take a screenshot and check the screenshot, which can pinpoint the error

    Hi @Power Apps 1919

I have run the desktop flow in attended mode and it was successful. however, i got those error once i try to run it from the scheduled flow from Cloud. it seems that the cloud flow cannot enter the credential in the background.

    can you advice more?

    Regards,
