PAD - Sharepoint Update Item with Dynamic Values

Unable to update sharepoint list item metadata dynamically.

I've added a custom field (Status) in sharepoint list. Once PAD has finished processing the file, I need to update the 'Status ' of the file to Processed

When site address is selected from dropdown list it allows the option 'Status Value' to be updated

But when the site address is passed through a variable, then 'Status Value' option is unavailable.

Can someone please suggest a solution.

Thank you.

    @ArJai

    Updating items with a dynamic site address is not supported by Power Automate Desktop or cloud flows.

    You can create a separate 'Update Item' action for each URL, set a variable for the URL, and use an 'If' condition to pass it to the corresponding 'Update Item' action based on the URL. Alternatively, you can utilize the SharePoint API for your use case.

    Thanks @Deenuji

    I can't access UAT or Prod URL from Dev environment, those will be passed through Dataverse->Variable.

    Issue is that if I pass site details through a variable, 'Status Value' field disappears.
    So I'm looking for a workaround to update the value of 'Staus Value' field

    Hi @ArJai !

    Try taking this up using Power Automate cloud. Triggers are available there and you can then use that dynamic content to update your SharePoint list.

    But you got to make sure that those files are present in the SharePoint library or OneDrive folder (I mean if you are putting any data here after updating).
