Greetings, I have several questions and I'm a little disoriented in deciding which app could benefit me best for what I need, I'm developing a form to evaluate employees and I started using power apps but I remembered MS Form and I developed a form and it looks great visually, but I have to take into account the logic to be used and if MS Form has the facility through a flow to manage the form.

The form has a section for the employee and a section for the manager.
Employee cannot see the manager section
Once the employee completes the evaluation, the manager & HR receives an email to evaluate the evaluation with HR.
Select a follow-up date to discuss the evaluation and the manager & employee will receive a notification.
Saving the evaluation information in SharePoint

I have seen several videos and I have tried to recreate the examples, but they do not work, I would appreciate if someone could help me with this, I have not been able to make much progress for weeks. 😫

@lcdelgado Taking the bullet points in order:

"The form has a section for the employee and a section for the manager." Microsoft Forms is a simple one-pass form so a manager is not able to go back into the submitted form to add their content into the manager section. So the manager section is redundant.

"Employee cannot see the manager section". See previous answer.

"Once the employee completes the evaluation, the manager & HR receives an email to evaluate the evaluation with HR." The way this would have to work is that the flow creates the SharePoint item when the response is received. Inside the email that goes to the manager and HR would be a dynamic link to the created item. So you'd need to turn on code view in your send an email action and use html tags throughout the email (<br> <img src... etc). The manager and HR woud then add their comments into the SharePoint list - probably best to use a Power Customised form rather than the default SharePoint list form for this.

"Select a follow-up date to discuss the evaluation and the manager & employee will receive a notification." This would need to be a second flow. Either that or the employee enters the date in the initial form.

"Saving the evaluation information in SharePoint". That's being done at various points throughout the process.

If you want the employee, HR and Manager contributions to all be on the same form then you will need to build it in Power Apps but the basic process of the flow would be the same.

Thank you for your response! Well, I was evaluating and see if I can combine both, but it isn't straightforward and there is a point that MS Form is not working for what I need. 😞
