End user didn't receive notification email

Hi,

I have a flow which when succeeded will send a notification email via outlook mail. On Sept 6 my flow ran successfully and but the end user didn't get the email notification on that day for a particular time period. From next the user was able receive emails notifications when ever flow ran successfully. I have checked in the "Sent Items" of outlook email(from email) and there the in that time frame the email was present. Why would this happen and how to resolve this issue?

Thanks

    Hi @kmanakonda

With total respect meant, how could we possibly even guess? No pictures of your flow, you didn't post images of the flow Run that you say didn't send the email

Ask yourself, "What did I give them that they can actually do something with".

My car doesn't work. Why would this happen, it usually works? My mechanic would laugh at me.

If you like my answer, I would really appreciate if you please Mark it as Resolved, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

    Thank You

    Hello @FLMike

With all due respect your sarcastic response is totally lame. I think people like you pick on others just to standout. If need you need information you have to ask or if anything is wrong in the topic I requested, you should either suggest on how to do things in a professional way instead of making lame sarcastic comments.

I think you are well experienced than me and I shouldn't be telling you how reply professionally!! And for lame car mechanic example, My if my car doesn't work, Yes I go to mechanic and say "my car doesn't work" to find out the issue. What kind of mechanic would laugh for that?? Oohh!! Yeah the one like you does(with all due respect)
