Power Automate Keeps Sending Two adaptive cards for every run

I have a PowerAutomate that is triggered whenever a Dataverse table record is created from a powerapps in teams. It sends an adaptive card to a user who answers yes/no and then the table is updated. The issue is that it keeps sending two adaptive cards for every one record sent to the table.  What am I doing wrong?

    It does this every time I run it and I can't figure out why

    And never mind. I had no idea that even though I deleted a flow it was still showing up in the default solutions. That was the issue.
