Twilio Flow: "A to phone number is required"

Hello all,

This flow was working fine before but is now showing this error continuously and I'm not sure why. I'm inputting all the required information of the webpage that collects the information, but it keeps failing and saying "A to phone number is required" Any ideas? I can post whatever you may need to diagnose the issue.

Log into your Twilio account and verify that you still have a Twilio phone number associated with your account. When I've seen this in the past it was because I didn't have a Twilio virtual number and was trying to send from my own number.

I was able to login to the account and the phone number is correct and active.

Then I would double check the field in the record you are using as the destination phone number to make sure it contains a valid value.
