Having trouble with conditions in MS Flow

The flow I am trying to create is when a new email arrives with attachment, the flow will check the attachment name and if the name contains ICA_EU_SDIOFFICE the flow will save the file to SharePoint and reply to the email that is was successfully uploaded.

The inbox that the flow is looking at is a shared inbox.

    Hi @Anonymous

    Your configuration looks ok.

I just tested one and it is working as expected.

    What error are you getting?

Also make sure you have set the below values in your trigger.

The issue is that when I email an attachment named ICA_EU_SDIOFFICE_DATE the condition point to No.

Attachment name for this test was ICA_EU_SDIOFFICE_TEST_08182020
