Sending message to specific user of Kaizala thru Power Automoate flow

Hi

How do we restrict message to only select few users in a group to receive a message in Kaizala. I see though there is an option to include phone numbers and also chose NO to Send to all Subscribers, the flow sends to the whole group.MicrosoftTeams-image.png
