I have a flow set to monitor a particular shared mailbox subfolder, and when a message arrives, it should be forwarded to another address and then deleted. It's working inconsistently, and I can't figure out what's causing it to skip over those messages. The message size is small and there's nothing unusal that I can idenitfy about the body or attachments.
If I run a test of the flow and choose the Use Office 365 Outlook data option, when stale messages are in the folder, the test succeeds and processes one of the stale messages.
One way to recreate the problem is to send myself and email and then drag it to the shared mailbox subfolder. That message will be forwarded and deleted as expected. If I go back to my Sent Items folder and drag a copy of that same message to the shared mailbox folder after that, that copy will be skipped by the flow rule.
The same happens if I reverse the order. I can send myself an email and then drag the copy from my Sent Items folder to the shared mailbox subfolder. That message will be forwarded and deleted. If I then go and take the copy from my Inbox and move it to the shared mailbox folder, that copy is skipped by the flow.
That's the only way I've been able to recreate the problem consistently, but it has happened with some messsages that have never been seen by the rule, too.
Any ideas?
