Send Email to Different Contacts when Status Changes

I'm building a flow where when the status changes to "Upload Completed" I'd like an email to go to the assigned contacts within the SharePoint List as well as individuals who are responsible for the area. There are 7 different areas with 1-2 responsible people each. The first image below are my SharePoint List columns. The second image is my current flow, which states the branching condition isn't satisfied. How do I fix this?

*Note: my switch only has 2 of the 7 areas as I'm still testing.

Update the get changes for an item or a file action so that since uses From Trigger Windows Start and until uses From Trigger Window End, both of these will be in the dynamic content if you search for them. That should resolve the issue.

I've uploaded some additional photos of my flow. I currently have an email set up for myself as testing. The switch is based on the different groups.

I don't see any "second image." Without it, it appears what you may be doing is correct. Since you don't show how anything is configured, it is difficult to tell. Update your post and show how the condition and switch are configured.

If no matches are found in the switch, you will handle it by using the default branch. For trouble shooting, I recommend you add an e-mail to yourself in the default branch and include the status value in the e-mail so you can check the value to make sure it matches what you have in the switch. The values used in the switch must be an exact match including case.
