Azure Open AI Connector fails with code 404 - Resource Not Found when testing operations

I've built a custom connector to Azure Open AI for a DALL-E instance running in Sweden.  When I do the final step, Test Operations, I get a 404 error.  The target url is https://msmanaged-na.azure-apim.net/apim/dall-2de-20in-20azure-5f175fc25cdf32c4fb-5f894cbd147cb6fbc8/392c5e709343432486e7d8d7ebb47a86

and it seems to be an API for Azure.

 

Any idea how to resolve?  I did this for OpenAI and didn't have an issue.
