ReportMy problem - receiving multiple mail due to list updating every time once submit selected.
My request : to set up powerautomate to trigger mail with some description from list (Sharepoint)
My flow:
First step - one user A will create list and update one part then 1st mail need to send to B person with some key word from list
Next step - B person will get trigger mail then open app with key word & edit next part of list - then mail will be send to A user with some key word from list.
Next Step - A user will open trigger mail & edit list of another part - then mail need to trigger to C user.
Next Step - C person will open triggered mail & with key word He/She will do final edition same one line list - then send confirmation mail to A,B,C person.
