I have a SP List which has the following flow:
I want to have other people who are assigned after the initial assigned person to also receive notification. How might I do that?

It seems that you are using SharePoint Tasks list.
You said that “other people who are assigned after the initial assigned person”, do you mean that the list will be modified with a different assigned person?
If yes, could you try to use the trigger “When an item is created or modified”. When the assigned to field is modified, an email would be sent to the person dynamically.
