282I have a flow that operates on a number of folders (around 500) and changes attributes on the folders and Files within the folder based on a master list. It's kind of a sync. I don't run it too often. I get throttled on it. I'm trying to consolidate some of the REST api calls. This is a work in progress. I understand why I'm getting throttled on this one.
I'm wondering when my clients upload a file. Some flows are kicked off to copy the parent folder's attributes to the uploaded file. There shouldn't be more than 5-10 files per client--but we are about to start the process live and a lot of clients will be adding files. Do their utilization of the flows attached to the document library count against my usage? Or would these count toward the tenant?
