Survey Monkey - Failed to Create Connection

Hi There,

I am trying to integrate SurveyMonkey with MS Flow, but don't seem to be able to create a connection to SurveyMonkey.

When I clicked "Sign In" from SurveyMonkey connector, SurveyMonkey login dialog box popped up. I am sure I entered correct username/password. But the connector always failed with error "Please check your account info and/or permissions and try again.'. Please sign in again".

Can someone please shed some light on this?

Thanks in advance!!

Manuel

    Hi @Anonymous,

To test this issue, I created a trial account of SurveyMonkey, then create the connection successfully.

Under Connections tab, New connection with correct credentials.

Please check the following screenshot, there is no error message when I create the flow.

The error message says “Invalid host for the region on your account”, please make sure you have the correct API access URL for each SurveyMonkey account. Please check your account and take this doc for more details:

    Best regards,
