CoE Starter Kit - Governance quarantine apps missing

Hi, i have successfully installed core & inventory components and now configuring Governance solution components as per Set up app quarantine components - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs

i dont see these 2 flows inside my Governance solution components.

Are they not needed in this version 'CenterofExcellenceAuditComponents_2.12_managed'
