    @jaina

    A user can cancel an approval that was sent on their behalf.  Is it possible that the user cancelled the approval?

    Flows can run for a maximum of 30 days.  Is it possible that this Flow ran for more than 30 days?

    hi @ScottShearer ,

    What i meant to conditions got cancelled, is that the condition action I have set has error says cancelled. which leads error in getting the correct step / process of the setup flow..

    @jaina

    I do understand your question.  The condition may show as cancelled because it did not receive any input from the Approval action because it had been cancelled.

    Hi @ScottShearer ,

    Nope, the items are not cancelled. I encountered this error to almost all items triggered then when I re-submitted again some will work, some will not.

    @jaina

    I just ran a test where I cancelled an Approval which had a condition immediately after to that references the approval.  The condition does not show as cancelled so scratch that idea.

    Can you post a screen shot of the condition please?

    When you look at the run in run history, what does it show for Flow duration?

    Hi @ScottShearer ,

    Here's the screen shot of condition

    the request group is drop down choices in the sharepoint list, i just created a variable to make it string since previously I had encountered error in the output, thats what I did as workaround..

    As you noticed, the Conditions got cancelled.. but still the flow run.. it also affects the conditions for capturing the outcome responses of approvals..

    Here's another example that runs where condition is okay. Take note that the data are the same..

    This has been solved.

    Since the approval condition is Outcome equals "Approve", but when I take a look on the output value for Outcome it displays like this â†“

    so, what I did was to change my condition to Outcome contains "Approve".

    Anyway, I also added question why it captures duplicate value when my approval type is First to Approve..

    Approval responses captures duplicate value in first to approve approval type

    I get this issue as well. you can see below that no inputs are passed onto the condition. I can confirm the outcome is"approve". It happens on and off. same inputs and then it works. sometimes it doesnst
