[Form ans Get user Profile V2] Impossible to add the name of the responder in my sharepoint list (it's always my name)

Hello,

 

I'm having trouble retrieving the profile of the user who answered my questionnaire. Indeed it is always my name that is displayed. By doing some research this error happens in other cases but as my flow starts with "When a new response is submitted" it may be blocking.
Here is the beginning of my flow. Thanks again for your detailed help.
