This flow worked perfectly before and without changing anything. However, it got a bad gateway error somehow. After that, other flow are running perfectly.

I have read this article and suspected it is same issue on flow limitation. However, it is no other flow ran on that period, it seems it cannot over the flow limitation. Any idea what is going on?

Can I increase the retry policy for the connectivity exceptions to prevent this issue? Or is that any better workaround?
