I accidentally deleted a flow and honestly can't remember how to set it back up. Is there a way to undelete it? I do not have access to support as it gives me this message:

I am the administrator for the account and I am on the gcc tenant. IF there is not a way to restore can someone please help me rebuild the flow.

Twice a day, i need the flow to grab new and modified items from list 1 and create new items/update old items on list 2. It would need to include bringing over attachments. Any help is greatly appreciated.
