I am using when a new email arrives in shared mailbox trigger but this is missing some triggers for some of the mails I am
using this trigger on inbox folder of the shared mailbox. Help would be highly appreciated

This is the trigger step In “from” I have kept same shared mailbox email address for which I am trying to use this trigger the purpose is to track the response done by shared mailbox email address to incoming mails and while responding to incoming mails they keep their own email into “to”. This trigger is working for some mails but also missing for some of the mails

Clear the From field in the trigger. If you wish to filter emails based on sender, do it later in the flow.
