Assignated members to all new task on a plan

Hi! First i want to excuse my english i usaly speak french. So, i want to creation an automatic flow that assignate all new task on a plan to a selectioned member. (i Have to created many task and it will help me to save times! 
 
I have try many things but they don't work.

    Very nice answers! If i want to assignated for exemple 3 task at the same time and with the same person i will used that exemple?
